Propexo

Propexo specializes in API that integrates with property management software. The job it does: leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

The natural audience is property managers and landlords. They also list Property Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Propexo is based in Boston, Massachusetts. Their site is propexo.com.

Our checklist for this category: online payments, screening, and accounting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Propexo, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
