Wide Evolution Systems

Wide Evolution Systems specializes in application development, IoT product development, business intelligence, and managed IT services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Business Intelligence, Cloud Data Services, Internet of Things and IT Management. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Wide Evolution Systems is based in Miami, Florida and founded in 2008. More on wessys.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
