Dmac Technology Group

Dmac Technology Group is an information technology company that offers cloud management, virtualization, hosting, and managed IT services. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Management, Security, Technical Support and Web Hosting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Dmac Technology Group is based in Mansfield, Massachusetts and founded in 2003. Their site is dmac-tech.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Dmac Technology Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
