Concept Key

Here is Concept Key in plain terms. An Innovation Lab delivering integrated services and solutions in Product Strategy, Operations, Analytics, & Software Development. The job it does: designing and building websites and web apps.

It makes the most sense for companies that need a site that works and ranks. Related areas on their profile: Innovation Management, Product Design and Product Management. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Concept Key is based in New York, New York and around since 2017. More on conceptkey.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
