Halkwinds

Halkwinds is a software development company that offers mobile app development, website development, and product design services. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Graphic Design, Mobile Apps and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Halkwinds is based in Hayward, California. Their site is halkwinds.com.
