Key Software Solutions

Key Software Solutions is a software development and information technology consulting firm. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Project Management and Supply Chain Management. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Key Software Solutions is based in Phoenix, Arizona. You can read more at keyss.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Key Software Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
