Jottful

Jottful is a SaaS content management system (CMS) for making & managing small-business websites. The job it does: designing and building websites and web apps.

Who is it for? Mostly companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention Web Design. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Jottful is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan and around since 2017. You can read more at jottful.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Jottful, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
