Unitone

Unitone provides intercom, access control, and building communication systems plus installation and service. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Building Maintenance, Commercial Real Estate, Communications Infrastructure, Hardware and Security. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Unitone is based in New York, New York. More on unitonecom.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Unitone, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
