WordPress KC

WordPress KC is a free open source software with free quality training and support, community low-cost local public education. In practice that means managing a site's content with editors, workflows and templates.

Who is it for? Mostly content and marketing teams. They also list CMS and Communities, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

WordPress KC is based in Kansas City, Missouri. Their site is wpkansascity.org.

Things worth asking about: editor experience, extensibility, and hosting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used WordPress KC? Rate it.
