MiRealSource

MiRealSource provides web-based software & tool for real estate education and information. The job it does: leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

Who is it for? Mostly property managers and landlords. Related areas on their profile: Real Estate and Service Industry. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

MiRealSource is based in Shelby, Michigan. Their site is mirealsource.net.

Before you commit, look at online payments, screening, and accounting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with MiRealSource, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
