ICSoftware

ICSoftware develops software and provides client/server and internet-based solutions. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Consulting, Software Engineering and Web Design, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ICSoftware is based in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania. More on icsoftware.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used ICSoftware? Rate it.
