SMA Software

SMA Software is an IT software company that develops web programs, mobile apps, voice-enabled apps, cloud-based solutions, and AI. The job it does: running multi-step campaigns that react to what people do.

Who is it for? Mostly marketing teams with more than one channel. They also list Big Data, Brand Marketing, Developer Platform and Mobile Apps, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SMA Software is based in Fort Lee, New Jersey. More on smasoftware.com.
