Global IT Experts

Global IT Experts is a provider of technology-driven business solutions and software services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Project Management and Staffing Agency. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Global IT Experts is based in Houston, Texas and founded in 2009. Their site is globalitexperts.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Global IT Experts, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
