Satcon

Satcon is a software consulting & services, and business process outsourcing organization. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Consulting, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Outsourcing and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Satcon is based in Dallas, Texas. Their site is satconus.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
