Fonality

Fonality is a communications company that provides business phone systems as well as cloud-based VoIP and Unified Communications solutions. Put simply, it is about running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

It makes the most sense for developers and businesses of every size. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Computing, Telecommunications and VoIP. They are a mid-sized team, 201 to 500 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Fonality is based in Plano, Texas and founded in 2004. Their site is fonality.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Fonality, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
