HCMpact

HCMpact is a management consulting firm that provides software development and project management services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Management Consulting and Project Management. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

HCMpact is based in Argyle, Texas. You can read more at hcmpact.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with HCMpact, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
