Backtick

Backtick is an AI-powered bug tracker that helps teams track and solve problems. The job it does: building AI products and features, often for other companies.

It makes the most sense for companies adding AI to a product. Alongside the main category they mention Artificial Intelligence (AI). They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Backtick is based in San Francisco, California and around since 2025. Their site is backtickai.com.

Things worth asking about: track record, data handling, and who owns the models. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
