Zack Solutions

Zack solutions provides business intelligence, data warehouse development, website design, and software engineering services. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Business Intelligence, Software Engineering and Web Design. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Zack Solutions is based in Long Island City, New York. More on zacksolutions.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
