Pivotel Networks

Pivotel Networks is an IT company that offers business phone systems, cyber security, and cloud services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing and Cyber Security. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Pivotel Networks is based in Nashville, Tennessee. Their site is pivotelnetworks.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
