Bon Consulting

Bon Consulting is an IT and business management consulting firm that offers ERP and recruiting services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Recruiting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Bon Consulting is based in Morristown, New Jersey. Their site is bonconsulting.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
