Brightsmith

Brightsmith offers an enterprise innovation and collaboration tool built on SharePoint. In practice that means scheduling posts, replying to comments and reporting across networks.

Who is it for? Mostly social and community managers. Alongside the main category they mention Collaboration, Gamification, Social Media and Web Development. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Brightsmith is based in Morrisville, Pennsylvania. You can read more at brightsmith.net.

Before you commit, look at which networks are supported and whether approvals are built in. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
