Bytes Managed IT

Bytes provides IT services and solutions. The firm provides tailored- packages and security. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Computing, Consulting and Network Security. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Bytes Managed IT is based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. More on bytesmanagedit.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
