Alaris

Here is Alaris in plain terms. Formerly Arizona Security provides access and reporting systems to parents, child care providers, and government agencies. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Hardware. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Alaris is based in Scottsdale, Arizona and founded in 2009. You can read more at alaris.cloud.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
