Nomadics

Nomadics is a science, engineering, and technology consulting firm. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Geospatial, Project Management, Software Engineering and Technical Support, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Nomadics is based in Morristown, New Jersey and founded in 2006. More on nomadics.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Nomadics, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
