Nikora Technologies

Nikora Technologies is an IT services company that offers services ranging from software development to IT infrastructure design. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Data Services and IT Infrastructure. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Nikora Technologies is based in Mclean, Virginia. More on nikoratek.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
