XCEL Corp

XCEL Solutions provides end-to-end information technology services. That is the short version of XCEL Corp. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

XCEL Corp is based in Matawan, New Jersey. More on xcelcorp.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know XCEL Corp well, your review carries weight here.
