BCL Technologies

BCL Technologies is a PDF software and consulting company offering software solutions. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Mining. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BCL Technologies is based in San Jose, California. You can read more at bcltechnologies.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with BCL Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
