Recordex

Recordex offers document cameras and interactive flat panels for educational and business use. In practice that means solving a specific business problem with software.

Who is it for? Mostly teams in its space. They also list Consumer Electronics and Product Design, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Recordex is based in Long Island City, New York. Their site is recordexusa.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Recordex well, your review carries weight here.
