CREx Software

Here is CREx Software in plain terms. CREx offers real estate data integration and analytics software. The job it does: leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

The natural audience is property managers and landlords. Alongside the main category they mention Commercial Real Estate, Property Management and Real Estate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

CREx Software is based in Austin, Texas. You can read more at crexsoftware.com.

Things worth asking about: online payments, screening, and accounting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with CREx Software, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
