Actionet

Actionet Inc is a HDI-certified, woman-owned IT Engineering Services Firm. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Association, Consulting, CRM, Government and Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Actionet is based in Vienna, Virginia and founded in 1998. Their site is actionet.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
