Agilus

Agilus is an IT consulting firm that provides BPM software advisory, application design, and development services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Advice and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Agilus is based in Arlington, Virginia. More on agilus.co.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Agilus well, your review carries weight here.
