Aretec

Aretec offers business intelligence, application development, and cyber security services. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cyber Security and Professional Services. They are a very large team, 5,000+ people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Aretec is based in Fairfax, Virginia and founded in 2005. You can read more at aretecinc.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Aretec, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
