Comsystek

Comsystek is an IT company that provides e-learning, software development, testing, backup, cybersecurity, and IT consulting services. In practice that means designing and building websites and web apps.

Who is it for? Mostly companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention Web Development. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Comsystek is based in Gaithersburg, Maryland. More on comsystek.com.
