RA Technology Services

RA Technology Services is an IT company that specializes in security, connectivity, business communication, and cloud services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing, Cloud Storage, Consulting, IT Management and Security. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

RA Technology Services is based in Brooklyn, New York. Their site is ratechservices.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with RA Technology Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
