Tactical Digital

Tactical Digital has been serving business and gov agencies, & was formed by industry veterans with expertise in data, voice, and software. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Call Center and Cloud Data Services. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Tactical Digital is based in Springfield, Missouri. More on tacdig.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
