eGlobalTech

eGlobalTech offers businesses with information technology and management consulting services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Government, Legal and Small and Medium Businesses. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

eGlobalTech is based in Arlington, Virginia and around since 2004. You can read more at eglobaltech.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
