Community Development Software

Community Development Software provides Housing Developer Pro, a project management tool for housing rehabilitation. The job it does: delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

Who is it for? Mostly HR, training teams and educators. They also list Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Community Development Software is based in York, Pennsylvania. More on communitydevelopmentsoftware.com.

Things worth asking about: content formats, quizzes, certificates, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
