OnPing

OnPing provides customizable tools for industrial machine data management and automation, accessible via mobile devices. In practice that means running multi-step campaigns that react to what people do.

It makes the most sense for marketing teams with more than one channel. Alongside the main category they mention Data Management and Marketing Automation. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

OnPing is based in Yukon, Oklahoma. Their site is onping.net.

Before you commit, look at CRM integration, lead scoring, and how fast the learning curve is. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with OnPing, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
