Carrus

Carrus is a career coaching platform that provides on-demand coaching for job seekers. Put simply, it is about delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

Who is it for? Mostly HR, training teams and educators. They also list Career Planning and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Carrus is based in Wilmington, Delaware. You can read more at carrus.io.

Our checklist for this category: content formats, quizzes, certificates, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Carrus, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
