Retail Backbone

Retail Backbone provides retailers with a comprehensive, Web-based, software solution. The job it does: ringing up sales in person and syncing them with inventory.

The natural audience is shops, restaurants and pop-ups. Alongside the main category they mention Retail and Retail Technology.

Retail Backbone is based in Traverse City, Michigan. More on retailbackbone.com.

Things worth asking about: hardware, offline mode, and processing fees. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Retail Backbone, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
