i2 Group

i2 Group is a it services and consulting company. i2 provides visual investigation analysis software for law enforcements, intelligences, militaries, and commercial organizations. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services and Law Enforcement, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

i2 Group is based in Mclean, Virginia. Their site is i2group.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with i2 Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
