Berrien RESA

Berrien RESA is an education service agency that deals with administrative, teaching, and early childhood services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Education and Office Administration. They are a mid-sized team, 201 to 500 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Berrien RESA is based in Berrien Springs, Michigan. Their site is berrienresa.org.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Berrien RESA, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
