Buster

Buster is a booking platform that makes booking charter travel easy, fun, and fast for buses, limos, and vans online. Put simply, it is about solving a specific business problem with software.

Who is it for? Mostly teams in its space. Related areas on their profile: Public Transportation, Transportation and Travel. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Buster is based in New York, New York and around since 2012. You can read more at buster.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Buster, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
