Net-Flow Solutions

Net-Flow Solutions is a provider of support and service expectations to all sized businesses. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Consulting, Homeland Security and Web Hosting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Net-Flow Solutions is based in Suwanee, Georgia and founded in 2005. Their site is net-flowsolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Net-Flow Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
