SmashToast

Here is SmashToast in plain terms. Control your home from your phone. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Big Data, Consumer Electronics, Hardware, iOS and Smart Home, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SmashToast is based in St Louis, Missouri and around since 2014. Their site is smashtoast.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
