Flexion

Flexion is a software development and staffing company that provides innovative, user-friendly, and flexible software solutions. Put simply, it is about posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

It makes the most sense for recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Consulting and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Flexion is based in Madison, Wisconsin. Their site is flexion.us.

Before you commit, look at job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Flexion well, your review carries weight here.
