Secure Pay One software system has the best features of any Web-based product available. Put simply, it is about leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

It makes the most sense for property managers and landlords. They also list Real Estate, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
