Novel Systems

Novel Systems Inc. offers IT staffing and technical services to private and public sectors, focusing on impactful technology solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Project Management. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Novel Systems is based in Clarksville, Maryland. More on novelsystemsinc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
