AppFiles

AppFiles is a cloud-based file explorer app to store documents, customer information and job orders. The job it does: writing and editing documents together with comments and versions.

The natural audience is teams that produce a lot of documents. Alongside the main category they mention Document Management. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

AppFiles is based in West Palm Beach, Florida. More on appfiles.com.

Before you commit, look at offline access, permissions, and export formats. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
