Stamen Design

Stamen Design is a data visualization design studio. The job it does: designing and building websites and web apps.

The natural audience is companies that need a site that works and ranks. They also list Data Visualization, Mapping Services, Product Design and Web Design, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Stamen Design is based in San Francisco, California. You can read more at stamen.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Stamen Design well, your review carries weight here.
